1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after the payment has been confirmed.
Each Miradona product is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure secure delivery.
2. Shipping Methods & Regions
Delivery within Estonia is available via courier or parcel locker.
International shipping may be available to selected countries.
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Transfer of Risk
Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery service provider.
4. Free Shipping
Miradona offers free delivery in Estonia for orders from 150 €.
Any applicable free-shipping conditions are clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking & Support
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information (if provided by the carrier) will be sent to you.
If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us and we will assist you.
6. Special Circumstances
Delivery times may be longer during public holidays or high-demand periods.
Additional delivery costs may apply if the delivery address is incomplete or inaccessible.
If a parcel is refused by the customer, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
