Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order.

2. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be:
- unused
- in original packaging
- undamaged
- with all tags and accessories included
- Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for refund.
3. Return Form
To complete a return, you must fill in the return form and include it with the returned item.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the product for another model or colour, please contact us at miradonagroup@gmail.com
We will confirm availability and arrange the exchange process accordingly.
5. Return Costs & Refunds
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
6. Exceptions
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing tags cannot be accepted for return.
